LISI Group Holdings Limited, established in the early 1970s and its shares have been traded at the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 1995.
LISI has the proven capability to design and manufacture quality plastic and metal household products for customers from more than 40 countries worldwide. LISI has a total production floor of over 150,000 sq. m. which is used for the research, design and manufacture of over 13,000 product items including general houseware, kitchen ware, gift items, bathroom accessories and packaging cartons. LISI annual production capacity could fill up more than 4,800 containers.
In 2012/2013, the Group was completed the acquisition of two department stores and a supermarket chain in Ningbo. The retail business of department stores and supermarkets will bring very positive contribution on the financial results, the asset base and the cash flow generation to the Group.
In 2016/2017, the Group was completed the acquisition of Mega Convention which is doing business in the trading and sales of imported cars and related service in China. Automotive industry is a fast growing market in the PRC with significant growth potential. The Company will be able to record additional revenue stream from the trading and sales of imported cars business upon the completion and it will bring very positive contribution to the financial results, the asset base and the cash flow generation to the group.
In 2018/2019, the Group has been completed the acquisition of Robust Cooperation Limited which holds indirectly the entire equity interest in 天津濱海國際汽車城有限公司 (Tianjin Binhai International Automobile City Company Limited*) and is trading and sales of imported cars and operation of various car showrooms in its properties in Tianjin, the PRC with a showroom area of nearly 50,000 square metres with over 1,000 display car spaces, as well as its involvement with more than 200 dealers.
